This is a super handy exercise for practising proper hand position and dexterity when playing the harp. We suggest you use this to warm up your fingers before playing your harp.

  • Start out with your wrist relaxed and floppy.
  • Imagine you have a ball. Squish the ball up into a little point, and then relax back down again.
